Vantaggi

There is no "best reason" to work at Lincoln.

Svantaggi

This organization was not paying a living wage to master's level mental health clinicians. It also had poor benefits and was rigid around when you are allowed to take time off if you work in the school based program.

Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. I am sorry you did not feel sufficiently compensated for your work at Lincoln. We do work diligently to stay competitive with our salaries and we know the Bay Area is an expensive place to live. I do feel our benefits are robust for a nonprofit, including a comprehensive medical plan (no cost for employee coverage), an employer contributed pension plan, a generous amount of vacation and sick time, and much more. You are correct that our school based programs do discourage colleagues from scheduling time off when school is in session as there are multiple opportunities to take time off that coincide with school breaks. However, we do work with colleagues to take time off during the school year for important occasions. Again, thanks for giving your feedback.
