Small company with great company culture, featuring extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable engineers. The company is currently in an exciting transitional period after being acquired, modernizing many outdated processes and looking to diversify and explore new market opportunities, which can make for some fun engineering projects.

Can be disorganized with some outdated processes, but they are actively working on improving this. The engineering team is small.

The pay is pretty good.
