I was let go without any notice. The company is struggling and everyone is nervous. Salary cuts were unprofessionally announced at the end of the day, just before Thanksgiving via an email. It took a month for the CEO to explain to us the status of the company. Make no mistake; LMB is ONLY driven by revenue. It is so bad, that once you get convince a family to pay, you have to post the dollar amount on an internal site for the entire company to see. You are celebrated for collecting revenue, not helping kids. (If you are a parent reading this, know that someone will do a dance after you agree to a $15,000.00 program.) There is NO training for those hired from the outside. You are set up to fail from day one. (A company that prides itself on educating children does not train full-time staff.) One of my managers was "hands off" and the other was "micromanage the process"...so no consistency. The company does not advertise, so you, as a Center Director, are solely responsible for driving sales. I should have listened, last year, when I read the negative reviews...hopefully, this will help someone.
