The pay is very low for what is expected of the employees. Management does nothing to motivate its employees, even though "by design" they have cards that can be given to employees recognizing good sessions with students. The managers rarely will write one. You only get 5 minutes in between students, and that is just enough time to go to the restroom, and then you dive right back into another session with a student. The chairs are uncomfortable and bad for people's backs. Did I say that the pay sucks? This summer, they are having people do group instruction, but NO extra pay for that! Incredible. This company exploits its employees, they overwork their office managers, and they try out new systems during the busiest seasons. There is no support from management with behavioral issues from these students and I have never seen any student not get a recommendation for more Lindamood-Bell. They charge the parents an arm and a leg, but if only the parents knew what the clinicians are being paid -- I think they would get physically ill.
