They hire people with less formal education and no experience, as long as you have the right attitude.
A lot of the coworkers are nice, pleasant to be around, and genuinely want to help you.
You get free online therapy and nutritionist appointments, and a decent meal subsidy.
The Happiness Club genuinely tries their best to create a happy environment, and you can see they put a lot of effort into it.
The office location is great, and the parties they throw are nice. You also get some discounts and activities to do there.

The Benelux management team is disorganized. There used to be a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in the office, with a sense of autonomy that helped balance out the lower salary and made people want to stay. However, the current approach is overly controlling — to the point where employees are monitored on how long they spend in the bathroom and are told they cannot take their next scheduled break. Some employees were let go, and others were made to feel unwelcome, creating a tense and hostile work environment. As a result, many team members left voluntarily, and those who remained had to absorb the extra workload without any salary adjustments. Several people, including managers, have gone on burnout leave due to the pressure and toxicity. If you go on medical leave — even for burnout — management may still contact you to ask when you’re returning, which is not in line with legal or ethical standards. Career growth opportunities are minimal. Although interviews suggest there is a clear development plan, in reality, that plan has been "in progress" for over two years, repeatedly reassigned and never implemented. Salary negotiations are discouraged. Even modest requests for an increase are often met with dismissal and suggestions to leave the company. Unfortunately, some team members and managers have expressed discriminatory views, including racist and misogynistic remarks. Attempts to report this behavior have reportedly led to retaliation and breaches of confidentiality by HR. To be clear, this feedback applies specifically to the Benelux team — I cannot speak for the experience of employees in other teams. Overall, I would not recommend this company, particularly if you’re considering joining the Benelux team.

Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
