-Lindström presents itself as caring about employees, but in practice it often feels like productivity and profit are the only real priorities. Employees seem valued mainly when output numbers are high. -There is very little respect for employees’ personal time or work–life balance. Working hours and schedules change frequently, forcing employees to constantly reorganize their personal lives around the company’s needs. -When workload decreases, employees are sent home and expected to use their holiday days instead of being offered stable working hours. -Management regularly asks employees for feedback, but it rarely leads to meaningful changes. Feedback results are discussed, but most concerns remain unresolved. Occasionally initiatives are started, but they often end after a single meeting with no real follow-through. -The workplace culture is heavily rule-driven, with new rules and restrictions being added constantly, many of which feel unnecessary or overly controlling.

I wish that there was ways to get more out of the company. It seems like they settle alot for negative things.
