      The design team are all great and very talented. The production team are all good people.

      The CEO is an arrogant, ego driven tyrant, with zero loyalty to his staff. He has awful anger management issues, creates mass panic with rash decisions, and asks for rushes on a whim. He is the main issue with the company and seemingly has no idea how to manage people. Every decision he made for the last 2+ years was to the detriment of the company and the staff.
