Friendly atmosphere when revenue is good

Rushed decisions from management, no long term vision, all year long discount is the main strategy across all channels

Good salary and remote working.

Most horrible company I’ve worked for. Micromanagement from bosses / founders who do not know what they want. They will tell you to follow a strategy and the day after all it’s contrary. They won’t let you give new ideas, unless they comfirm want THEY think. They do not know how marketing works and when they don’t need you, they do no hesitate to fire you and ignore you for the rest of the remaining days. I’m a few words: freeze out, moral harassment and incompetence. To avoid like the plague :)
