Despite raising this issue, no action was taken to resolve it. -Inconsistent role definition: My offer letter stated I was a "Frontend Developer," but internal records listed me as a "Senior Frontend Developer," leading to unclear expectations. -Resistance to new ideas: Leadership was resistant to adopting modern solutions and appeared overly focused on cutting costs, often at the expense of productivity and innovation. -Questionable hiring decisions: It seemed that I was hired for a project idea that was not part of the company’s primary focus, resulting in unrealistic expectations and ultimately an unpleasant end to my employment.
