Very poor leadership and management - There is no care or concern for the staff's well-being, only their performance and KPIs. - very KPIs focused but yet are unable to provide any guidance on how to achieve these KPIs - legacy hires who perform poorly are not dealt with - new hires are put to an extremely high bar and are not set up to succeed Workaholic culture all the way from the CEO - well known fact that management meetings are scheduled late into the evenings or on weekends. - Work life balance is non existent. You will get pings all throughout the night, and weekends. - They keep filling key positions with more like-minded people who are also workaholics. - no indication of wanting any change in this aspect Lack of diversity - Only Chinese employees in the global HQ of Singapore - trying very hard to market themselves as a global company, but actions say otherwise. Undesirable office space - very small and cramped - pantry is even smaller and very poorly stocked
