Great people, training, and extremely talented and forward thinking management. Company is new, but growing very rapidly and in a sustainable fashion. The amount of opportunity for career growth is immense. The benefits and pay are very good, and the culture is fantastic. There is a great mix of people too. OOH advertising is a fantastic product as well, and is really enjoyable to sell. The amount of opportunity offered by the media really allows some out of the box ideas, which make everything worthwhile.

None that I can think of.

I had a Smart and focused manager, but it was hard to compete with Clear Channel or Outfront as our board locations were in random spots that rarely matched client needs

Not enough sellable inventory and unrealistic numbers to reach as a result.
