Vantaggi
Half of the team is cool. If you ask for a high salary, you may get it, but it will completely destroy your work-life balance.
Svantaggi
You will be: - Overworked - Tracked with Hubstaff - Underpaid (unless you're experienced and know your worth) - Asked to always meet impossible deadlines. Like "we need this new feature by Monday" and today is Friday, and the feature would take at least a week to develop if there were any capable developers to do so. A couple of days after the feature is released, it will be forgotten, you were stressed for no reason. - Attend countless useless meetings with no real goal, most of the employees are completely incompetent and will talk in circles about the most basic things. They will not listen or care about what others say, the goal is to create a impression that you are working. - Stressed. It's really stressful to work here. Most of the positive reviews, if not all of them, are fake. Judge by the likes. The team is not friendly, most of them are the cheapest hires that were available, with barely any work or communication skills, you will struggle to understand their English. Still you will enjoy working with the few good people here. There are absolutely no opportunities at this company, you will not acquire any new skills or even improve your existing skill set. Doesn't matter what your role is, you will not be able to advance in this company. New hires are not trained or onboarded. You will not to be told what you're supposed to do, but you will hear complains about not doing your job properly. If you are working hard to achieve a goal, there will be no benefit. You will not receive any bonuses. You will be asked to always work at your full capacity and beyond, while being treated like that is barely enough.
