- Some departments are starting to feel a bit more big company. The original culture of collaboration has sometimes started to become a culture of consensus. Other teams don't feel this pain, but the team i was on did. - Internal mobility is getting a bit more difficult as you get more senior. They're open to having conversations so you can navigate, but specific opps are becoming less and less available.
