Other sales people on my team were great to learn with.

Everyone on my team plus two or more seasoned sales people were terminated within five weeks. The training was hard in that a lengthy script had to be learned in a short space of time and they expected sales right off the bat. The training was stressful and the expectations of newbies is unrealistic. I suspect the turnover is very high. After all the firings, the seasoned sales staff were stunned to say the least. You think you're doing well and get sacked with no warning.
