Team was small and my mentor was good. He knew his work very well, and was patient in training me. Also, the COO is a great leader who kept the company afloat during some difficult times. He is a humble person who actively involved himself in fixing problems around the company.

Lower than average pay. No strong company culture, as turnover rate is high. Local chinese staff tend to clique together and exclude foreign staff, but this might just be due to a language barrier. Burnout is high during some crunch times. Internal software code is broken and desperately needs fixing.
