Company had great entrepreneurial spirit. Owners were fair, honest and interacted with the teams regularly. Paid lunch, plenty of respect for employees' need for time to tackle personal issues/errands. 12 year old company still hustled like a start up.

Sometimes requests for information got bottle-necked due to owners/managers being inundated with other existing projects.
