Some really great people to work with Approachable Manager Hope that everything could so easily be made better

Company often focus on the wrong problem or the symptom instead of the cause An absolute lack or misscommunication No co-ordination or wider vision apart from making everything look shiny on the surface whilst the corpses of talented ex-employees rot in the basement Business Assurance/HR avoid taking any responsibility at all costs

There’s SOME good people there but it’s a very weird place

They’re part of a bigger company who get looked after better than you do there. The Directors should start a boyband called “No Direction”, it’s pretty shocking at the top.
