The team is excellent to work with, truly a great group. It's nice the company is open to remote work. Pay and benefits are great, though I often wonder if it's worth all the stress. Great product and it's nice to work on something I can be proud of. The company seems to be doing very well, so having that security is nice

Management doesn't listen. Sure they will "hear you out" on most issues, but even if you bring up something extremely important (like a security problem on the site) nothing is ever done. Deadlines are extremely harsh and arbitrary. If you don't get something done that's it end of discussion, doesn't matter if you were blocked because of an internal tool that wasn't working (this happens ALL THE TIME). Biggest downside is the CEO's behavior. A lot of others have hit on major points, but it is embarrassing to watch him argue with customers on social media. It's disappointing to see the way he talks to employees, it seems as if he doesn't have much respect for others. There's a lot more I wish I could say here but I know they read these and try to figure out who wrote them.
