Very nice co-workers. They do have a massive workload that they give to each person, but everyone helps each other out if you have issues.

Massive workload, I have over 200 clients and it is hard to keep up with them. Also the higher up's have not changed some rules that definitely need to be updated. There is no PTO. They say you can get a bonus super easy, but it really isn't. Their bonus structure is a a difficult one to follow and there are some people who have been here 2 years and have not gotten a raise.
