      Great salary, great business system, impressive building and offices. Good product but high price !

      Leadership team lack connection with the workforce and a real outlook on what is achievable but overstretch constantly due to corporate pressure. Extremely margin hungry to the point of greed on consumable items ... 500% not unusual Impossible to progress or build a career as a remote worker unless you are ready and willing to commute to the office regularly.

It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
