Unfortunately, during probation period, i was ask to leave without compensation. Quite common practice in this workplace, many of new hiring treated in same situation in record numbers. Reason was given is Employment Act doesn’t have such specific clauses defining the probation period. Not willing and minimise to pay employee benefits in a fair, responsible and progressive manner. Blurs the boundary of employment act. Their money comes first compare to employer’s reputation and employee’s welfare. You can spot HR Asia Recruitment Awards in Sg placed in lobby; quite sarcastic.

Linxens has a micromanagement culture with a pretense at being open and honest when the reality is one of secretive and decisions are made behind the doors. You can not trust what management tells you and their market arrogance will be the downfall of this company

Although there was frequent talk about Lean practices, the reality was quite the opposite—there was significant unnecessary waste and a bureaucratic system that required excessive approvals for even simple purchases. There was too much focus on irrelevant details and an overemphasis on paperwork and control. This made daily work more difficult and often left employees appearing incompetent in front of certain senior staff, who seemed more interested in showing off than supporting the team. The culture was heavily driven by scoring points and assigning blame, which contributed to a high turnover rate.
