Awful company with 0 respect for their employees - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso Lion Technology

Lion Technology is an awful place to work at if you want any of your ideas taken into consideration. The company had TWO separate meetings about working remotely before COVID hit and we were told that only "certain departments" could do it without an explanation why. It's one thing if you're IT or maybe accounting and have to come in physically to check on the server or bills, but at least 90% of the departments could work from home. Different managers had different managing styles, and my manager in particular never praised me for a job well done and instead opted for criticizing me every time I made a mistake or missed something, it was incredibly disheartening. HR doesn't take your complaints about terrible management seriously so unless you're being sexually harassed, don't even bother coming to them with your problems. When I worked there, they only had basic insurance (i.e. no dental or vision unless you opted into fafsa), and vacation time expanded to "you have to work here for 10 years to get 3 weeks vacation which is laughable at best.
