They are good about giving you time off, they don't make you feel bad about missing days due to illness /family issues etc. 2 weeks paid vacation during the holidays Good place to get an idea of what the industry is like. Most of my colleagues were helpful and kind.

Unfortunately, I have way more cons to list than pros: If you aren't a favorite of upper management, forget about getting raises or moving up in the ranks. You will do the job of 5 people but get paid for 1. The pay is abismal and way below industry standards. HR is hardly involved in any capacity after you are hired. Expect to be answering hundreds of emails, sitting in required meetings all day long and not being allowed to work overtime to do your actual work properly. Quick turn over rate means people are dropping like flies and you get to "help out" until they fill the position, which can take months. Some people are not team players and will call out any little thing they don't like to upper management. The competition within teams can be daunting. Some people try way to hate to be management's favorite. Don't expect guidance from superiors on what you are supposed to be doing, also don't assume they know what you do. This is due to poor communication amongst upper management. Roles change often and you get little to no help with navigating those changes. Any time someone in an interview tells you "you'll have to wear a lot of hats" is a red flag. This means they are understaffed and lack organized strategies. Hence why everyone was swamped and exhausted 24/7. Expect this job to be your whole or you'll get chopped for not "caring enough" Expect to have deadlines constantly change
