Had a great Manager - he left the team to do what they were employed to do. He never micro-managed. He enabled his team to make their own decisions. Have a strong and loyal customer base. Know their markets very well and can therefore identify possible opportunities.

They do not pay competitive salaries and are not willing to consider the contribution of employees and base packages on the value-add people offer the team as a whole.
