Vantaggi
I've been at Liquid Learning for some time and I won't deny that it's a strenuous and demanding company to work for. The culture is very KPI driven, at times to the detriment of a positive environment, but I'm someone that enjoys the accountability of KPI's so I dig it. In years gone by, some senior figures in management have been less than ideal, but a new GM was appointed in NZ in February '18 (she's lovely!) and a new CEO was appointed in Australia a couple of weeks ago - a youngish fellow that has been with the company for about 10 years. If you have never had KPI's in a previous role, working at Liquid Learning may be a bit of a culture shock but the basic KPI requirements are in no way out of reach. Staff (at time of writing) are predominantly in their 20's and 30's and are a friendly bunch. If you're prepared to exhibit a sterling work ethic and take personal responsibility for career development, there is the opportunity for progression and promotion. Hours 8:30-5:30pm Mon-Fri. No shift or weekend work. 'On target earnings' in a sales role are up to 85k with high performers earning over 120k!
Svantaggi
Bit of baggage still prevalent from the last couple of years. Culture is on the mend. There's a bunch of negative reviews about the company on Glassdoor - I invite you to read them and draw your own conclusions about whether you want to work here. I would only caution that a great deal of them are founded on a bygone culture - a culture that is now developing rapidly in a positive direction.
