Its a 9 to 5 job, so you get to go home as soon as 5pm is hit regardless of if there is work to do or not. They allow you to work from home one day a week. They have some interesting licenced software/tools that would benefit employees to be certified on. They provide training budget as long as it is justified and related to the work your doing at the time. The IT department has a very technically sound managers.

There is a lot of bureaucracy for such a small company and everyone seem to be a jack of all treats but a master of none. They're late in bonus payments and have certain departments and people exempt from the delay in bonus payment or reduction of the bonus percentage (mainly senior management). They don't really allow you to introduce new ideas/concepts unless you are part of a selected few who've been in the company since the start. There is no social aspect in this company. its like a punch-in and punch-out factory worker environment. Some employees get treated very badly in other departments(shouted at, papers thrown at their face or slammed on their desk), to the degree that you wonder how did their manager got the job to manage them or lead them. senior management don't really disclose the company's vision or direction with the staff.
