      Micro management, everyone is fed up and is looking out. Low paying customers so salary delays are routine. Strategic business development decisions are failing so future is looking bleak. Some great people working in the company who are grossly underpaid for years. Almost zero work life balance, folks are known to work even on planned emergency leaves.
