      -you keep an impossible pace of work -management treat you like an animal. Its 1800s workhouse style employment -you have no opportunities for advancement or personal growth -Management hire you because you can differentiate bad parts from good and nothing else and will treat you as such. Technology just dosent have good enough robots yet. - avoid at all costs.
