      Cons are consistent with startups - work demand can be unpredictible (slow and steady and then sudden slams requiring long hours), occassional quick changes in direction, need for patience. Not the place to work if you like predictible work hours and a traditionally structured environment (to me, red tape!)

      The people are awesome and there were so many projects happening at once which kept it really interesting. The client portfolio is really impressive and continuing to grow from what I hear. Work-life balance was really great, as management is super understanding.

      I really enjoyed my time there overall and I don't really think there are any cons since the management has changed a bit!
