Extremely poor management. CEO either has no clue or blindly trusts the wrong people. CPO is so insecure in her job that she makes certain no one else succeeds so she can claim she's "the only one who can do things right." No direction, no reviews, no positive (or even negative) feedback, no consideration for work-life balance. Departments are forbidden from communicating with each other (really!), and in some cases, even people on the same team are not allowed to work with each other. The company is failing. The products never had a chance. Stay away. The negative reviews here are all legit.
