There are some amazing people working here and many of them I love working with.

Payslips not being available, also lost my original contract. Lack of support team in APAC, when new people get hired to be in the APAC team, once trained they move to another timezone. Keep asking for more assistance but nothing comes for years. Told to delegation of cases, idea of delegation is: give coworker the case but you help investigate/give points for the emails/help on remote session. Asked for a wage that reflects current markets, not "in budget" yet.

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
