No structure, no support, waste of a year - Recensione dipendente - One-year Placement presso Lithia

Undergraduate scheme had no structure whatsoever, was placed into a department where current employee had recently left, management never there so left essentially to my own devices. No real understanding of what was required of me, what I was supposed to do and no support or interaction from management to provide guidance. Typical old boys club where senior management thought they were the automotive ‘Alan sugars’. See as very much a waste of a year and would definitely not recommend this scheme to anyone
