Great place to make new friends, and some times the managers bring in food. Not stuck in a office all day.

Horrible pay plan, you may have to borrow money from friends and family to pay the bills, because they pay below the poverty level for a person trying to support a family. Interesting considering your selling the second most expensive purchase.
