one of the only large employers in the valley, so work there may be a necessity if you are tied to this area

Management does not believe in the professed values of happy, engaged employees. The corporate culture is weaponized to use and abuse employees, at least at support Services. Though, from what I hear from current workers working at the dealerships is even worse. Avoid if at all possible.
