Salary not a great as expected

Great company values at the corporate level, high quality of design, and always striving for innovative ideas. A lot of good people work here.

Poor office leadership, terrible office president. Major misalignment of values from the corporate level to the office level. Very little respect for work life balance or individual employee health and wellness. Invasive and illegal questioning from office leadership occurred when I needed accommodation for a disability. Salaries are under the median in the area and the benefits package is poor.
