This is a startup company which is sister concern of zovi.com so i had high hopes before joining the company. The names like manish chopra, satish mani and sumit agrawal were the profiles I saw and I applied for a Job here. Interview was done and I got selected without lot of efforts (this is because I have that kind of personality :P)
In induction we were shown the company road map and companies Vision. This was the time I was more impressed. Superb Planning and road map these people had, now there was a question mark for how would it be executed.
But days passed, i noticed that senior management is extremely cooperative and the the city heads which are appointed for all ciites are well experienced and are very friendly with the team. They have always supported the team and helped the team members to acquire best of the merchants in no time. And suprisingly we had almost all major brands in the town within 6-7 months since the company started its operations. It is a huge achievement as other competitors take one and half two years to get such merchants on-boarded. We always had a supportive seniors and also the back end team and I personally learnt alot working in this company. and coz I had been involved in each and every process I have had a experience of more than 3-4 years where as I worked only for an year here.

One thing I didn't like about the company is they call all BDE to office on daily basis which is generally not the case in sales.
