Second, the founders promise that their teachers are well-trained, but in reality, only one teacher usually receives proper training. This is because the first training is free. As a result, most teachers are not trained well . Some principals are even misled into thinking they don’t need to pay decent salaries to staff—believing that a small treat like a drink or snack will keep them loyal. This mindset has caused many resignations and led to the hiring of underqualified staff due to teacher shortages.
Additionally, the founders categorize centres by sales performance. If your centre is among the top, the rules don’t apply to you (as in “They put in effort, so we should follow their lead).”
Furthermore, if any staff get higehr salaries it consider as foolish action by the principle.
