      The work was easy, and for the first 6-9 months things were fine. The manager was strict but fair and a nice person. We got w new manager, again they were nice, but under qualified and had to leave

      Never received another manager after previous one left, with only two of us working and never together. He communication was poor with minimal contact with higher management and no updates of news as to when a new manager would start. Felt under appreciated as staff and forgotten about, causing me to leave. New manager to my knowledge still hasn’t started. Other than this cons are also that the environment of the store was cliquey and hostile, competitive and cold.

      A very unorganised company, there is no structure within the company and a lot of people’s roles crossover. The owners of the company are only interested in making money and don’t care about their staff or their wellbeing. It is quite a clique environment which can be intimidating for new starters. The company offers no career progression, with no job descriptions outlined. They offer no opportunity to review your progress and set goals to progress. If you would like a job where you do the same thing for years with no way of progressing through promotion or salary then this is the place for you.
