Do you like to be micro managed? Do you like being paid less than you are worth? Do you like being made promises that will be broken? Do you like to be talked down to and treated like a carpet by your boss and the owner of the company? Do you like making people who inherited a fortune richer? The owners of this company are not good people. This is evident if you talk to anyone in the community that they have tried their best to be disagreeable with or anyone who has, or maybe still unfortunately does, work there. You'd be better off to work anywhere but Watertown and for anyone but Daniel Sammön. There is a better life out there and it is not at this terrible company.

Everyone was very welcoming and I felt at home almost immediately. It was a great place to work! They did a lot of extra things for the employees, like luncheons, company picnic, holiday luncheons, Halloween festivities, etc

Don't really have any cons. I left for personal family obligations or I would still be working there.

Autonomy is limited, and decisions tend to funnel through a single authority, reducing collaboration and slowing execution. Professionals who value ownership, trust, and strategic thinking may find the environment restrictive. While the company presents itself as progressive and innovative, the internal IT culture does not consistently support empowered technical leadership or forward-thinking initiatives.
