- No billable hours, can't stress this enough. - A focus on work-life balance I've never seen anywhere else in this industry. - The team is full of honest people who admit their mistakes and bring them forward so we can learn from them and improve processes. - There is very little tolerance for abusive/disrespectful clients and the corporate culture is extremely positive and supportive.

- As a firm that has only been around for a handful of years, there are lots of growing pains. Processes are constantly changing as improvements are made and efficiencies found. It's awesome to be a part of, but can be stressful if you aren't quick at picking up new software and requires you to be flexible. - Benefits are okay, but not competitive with what you would see at a big 4/larger firm. - Without billable hours or structured time keeping it's hard to tell if you are working as much or much more than your peers so it's difficult to compare your level of effort or get recognition when you're "putting in the work". This isn't really an issue as the team works pretty cohesively but may become an issue as the firm grows larger.
