Over the past 6-8 months they have brought on more industry veterans and have established a clear vision of how to own the online video advertising space.

some of the typical downsides of a working at a start up means wearing many hats. This can also be viewed as a positive aspect if you're a person that likes to be challenged and not do the same mindless task everyday.
