* Awesome technical scale. As a software engineer the second best thing about LiveRamp for me is the challenging technical problems. There is always something to keep you mentally stimulated and engaged with co-workers on problem solving.
* LiveRamp continues to adapt as we grow. Particularly on the culture side, which has always been a strength and focus, it's hard to scale but we find new ways to keep the great aspects from the past with evolving implementations and programs.

* RampCamp, our annual company camping trip. Just getting back from this now and could not be more happy. It's grown into an awesome event for employees of all ages from our offices around the world and their partners/families.
