-Tech leadership seems to be deaf to engineer concerns -Huge number of senior engineers have left in last few months (concerning) -Unnecessary restructuring of teams leading to knowledge loss and low morale -Been waiting months for the "new" guidance for promotions/growth -We allow large clients to basically do what they want with our tech, which makes maintaining it more difficult -A huge amount of knowledge is needed to even get a sliver of understanding about what we do -Like any tech company, diversity is very low

On the topic of the engineer job level/growth schema: It's a complex project that I know our CTO wants to do well vs. quickly, with the goal of shipping at the end of this quarter.
