Flexible schedule, you can select the hours you are able to work; fellow employees can post shifts they can't fulfill and you can request to pick them up for additional hours

Svantaggi

You really only get about 10 hours a week, unless there is a special event for the client and you can pick up a few more. It's hard to get over 15 hours a week.

Because my managers do not care what I think, I will share my feedback via THIS VENUE! I think that most, if not ALL companies should eliminate certain roles using AI. AI scheduling tools are free or low-cost, offering a great entry point for small businesses. AI ALSO excels at handling high-volume, low-complexity tasks such as resume Interview scheduling, payroll processing and benefits administration. Unlike a human, AI can be programmed to actually RESPOND to job seekers instead of ghosting them.
