Good worklife balance and remote working.

Very bad management and unrealistic expectations and targets set. You need to bla bla a lot and play politics. You are expected to be a designer, project manager, biz dev person - literally everything they will throw at you. There is hardly anyone left as everyone got fired.

Great challenges and amazing colleagues

Not really much against it, good rates and follow up.
