Great challenges and amazing colleagues

Not really much against it, good rates and follow up.

Excellent projects and clients, in both public and private sector, which are increasingly strategic and long term. Really interesting and often pioneering work that is expanding the practice into more strategic design spaces. High focus on sustainability and systemic design. Really nice group of humans and very rich cross- studio collaboration. A organisation with a high inclination towards continuous learning and development.

Nothing really 'con' to declare thus far, but I've only been around for a year ;-)
