The operators and support staff are unhelpful and uncaring, they blindly apply procedures and give you warnings and fines rather than listening to your challenges and trying to help you. I was a strong performer with most of my orders getting top grades, so I can only imagine how badly they must treat underachievers. The pay is very low (it comes down to hardly over 1$ per hour worked on many orders). Many orders have missing reading materials, making your job more difficult. The company gives your warnings each time you need more time, no matter what the reason or justification. If you lose a document and cannot rewrite the whole the order in their timeframe they will fine you the whole order ammount, no matter what the reason or justification. It is a culture of warnings, fines, punishments and disdain for employees.
