      LixCap puts you in the middle of the action and you will have real experience as soon as you start. This is kind of a start-up so you will learn a lot! It is a good experience for your resume as an internship or first job out of school. A wide range of projects, international partners. You feel responsible for real work. The junior staff are friendly and helpful. Working with staff in Morocco is a fun experience.

      Corporate culture is toxic. Management in Morocco can be verbally abusive and often disrespect staff members. Stress and mental health are real problems. The US pay and benefits are terrible for non-interns. Much worse than industry average. Work/life balance is not balanced. Leadership work all hours and expect the same from others.

      - Work is across many different timezones which typically will limit meetings to morning hours in the U.S. (8am earliest). - Fast-paced environment requires the ability to learn new skills quickly and change your work approach based on feedback.
