* Support and understanding for mental health issues is non-existent. * Misogynistic attitude and sexual predation. * An outdated and lazy management who aren't willing to listen to ANY new ideas, efficiency plans, trends/market changes or their staff’s needs. * Marketing team undervalued and ignored. * Completely inflexible with regards to timekeeping (negatively look at 5-10 minutes late even when previously worked overtime, eg. worked through lunch, after hours at home etc). * Ad for employment states casual working environment however staff are expected to wear a uniform. * Unprofessional attitude to staff in meetings with big name brands * Disloyal.
