- Seem to be losing some great people. - Change agenda happening at a fast pace with new CEO and this is impacting morale. - Workload can be high, resource planning could be more forward-looking and less reactive. - Talk of greater autonomy but move to make all meaningful decisions Exec level means people can feel disenfranchised. - Decisions being Exec and reduced empowerment also results in slower processes in what is already a bureaucratic environment.
